Introduction

This Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the www.lexis.am (hereinafter referred to as the Website) Terms of Use, sets out the terms, objectives, and procedures,  as well as the provisions on collection, possession and protection of the information submitted to the Website operating-coordinating office (hereinafter referred to as the Website coordinator).

This privacy policy applies to the use of the information that are required for the proper launch and operation of the Website, which is a unique database of data and their transfer on potential and prospective projects and investors.

Why do we use personal data?

The purpose of personal data collection on Website users is to operate the website and to ensure in the identity of users by the Website coordinator in order to prevent unlawful acts and abuses, to protect the rights and interests of himself and others, as well as contact with users in order to solve issues related to the subject matter and purpose of the Website.

The use of data is legitimate as it is necessary to solve issues of public interest (in order for the functional use of the Website as a publicly accessible platform acting as a global online environment for investment projects and investors).

What personal data we collect & use?

Personal data we collect and use are:
• Name (first name, middle name (optional), surname),
• Phone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses of developers and investors,
• Other additional information can be voluntarily presented in the data and documents submitted by individuals independently.

Comments and Media

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the Website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Website can download and extract any location data from images on the Website providing data of link location.

We keep submitted contact and submission (application) forms for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

All data in electronic format (e-mails, documents, uploaded items, etc.) is maintained on a server or its affiliate server that meets all the requirements for data protection security systems.

Your data is accessible to the competent staff of the Website coordinator on the “need to know” principle. The Website coordinator staff gives a separate statement of confidentiality and signs the privacy and non-disclosure agreement with the coordinator. A similar agreement is also concluded with independent contractual experts providing accounting, auditing, legal, informational, software or other services to the Website coordinator.

With the consent of the users, personal data may be disclosed to third parties such as cloud-based services, payment processors, and third party service providers.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

What rights do you have on your data?

If you have an account on this Website, You have the right to access, edit, modify, delete, or block of your data if you find that the data is not correct or incomplete. You can contact the site administrator for this purpose by using the contact information published on the Website.

If you have an account on this or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
