To help you increase your chances for investing in your project, Lexsis helps to design projects in such a way that includes all the information and key points important to investors.
The site allows you to attach more detailed documents, Power Point presentations, business plans, videos, photos, promotional items, links, etc. You can also use Lexsis services to design projects and related materials.
Lexis posts projects designed by different developers in various spheres and contact them to the investors.
Lexis provides the necessary legal, financial, marketing and IT consulting services and services for the preparation and implementation of projects. We also publish guidelines and tutorials in our website that can be useful in designing attractive projects.
Investor is a natural person (individual), a sole proprietor, a group of persons or an organization or company who, under certain conditions, provides financial means for the implementation of a commercial or non-commercial project.
Lexis portal is available in English. Our team is working on construction of Armenian version of the platform. So, you are required to submit your project in English or in Armenian or both. In case you submit a project in other languages, our team may, at your request, provide the translation in English or Armenian, if you pay for the translation costs.

Yes, prior to publishing, all submitted projects are reviewed to verify their compliance with the content format and eligibility criteria.
If the project does not meet the requirements set out in the Terms of Use, Lexis recommends the user to review it, otherwise the publication of the proposed project is denied.
The published projects in Lexis may stay at least 3 (three) years if it has not been removed by Lexis before, or the user has not removed it.
We highly encourage updating of information on projects and its status by the developers.
Yes, you can modify or remove your project at any time.
Lexis is also has the right to propose you to amend or remove it. Our team may also independently remove a published project if it has already received funding, or the project has already been implemented, or it does not meet the eligibility criteria or the user has violated the Terms of Use.
To submit a new project go to the Add new page in Navigation menu and follow the instructions.
To apply to the published projects or to contact the developers, you must click on the “Apply” button at the end of the published project.
Please, note that the messages and application you send and receive through Lexis are checked by our staff to verify their compliance with the Terms of Use.
